Beans About Bikes offers professional bicycle cleaning services. Our services include washing, cleaning, and maintaining bicycles to ensure they are in the best possible condition. Services are available at our location or through on-site visits.

Service Availability

Our services are available within the serviceable areas outlined on our website. Availability may vary based on location and time, and we may refuse service if conditions do not meet our standards or if we are unable to complete the requested service.

Same-Day Service & Collection Policy

Bicycles that receive same-day service must be collected within 48 hours after notification that your bike is ready. If a bicycle is not collected within this timeframe, a R50 daily storage fee will be applied storage is limited.

Storage space is limited, and we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for extended storage. Customers will be notified when their bicycle is ready for collection via phone, email.

Booking and Payment

To request a bicycle cleaning service, you must book a session via our website or through our customer service. Payments for services must be made upon booking or on the day of the service, depending on the terms specified for the service you have chosen.

Customer Risk Acknowledgment

Customers use our services at their own risk. Beans About Bikes is not responsible for any pre-existing issues with the bicycle or any unforeseen consequences resulting from the cleaning process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the bicycle is suitable for the requested service. Additionally, if service is performed at a specific location, the customer must ensure that the area is safe and accessible.
